SHIPPING
How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is finished processing, we will email you when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

What are your delivery options?

We work with UPS, USPS and FedEx to ship to a Residential address, P.O Box, or drop-off location

How do I return an item?
 

We will provide you with a prepaid return label to affix onto the same envelope we sent the package in. Include the completed exchange/return form within the envelope to drop off at your nearest shipping location

How can I contact your couriers?
 

After receiving the shipped email, all courier information will be provided within. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide, but will add additional shipping costs

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Returns and Exchanges are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Email us at support@sociallivingnyc.com to process a request.
